Process description

  1. Service requests
    In order to receive a construction permit, a construction application with the necessary attachments and a minimum composition of building projects shall be submitted to the building board. In order to develop the necessary documents, the initiator of construction shall agree with the developer of the construction project in the relevant field of construction project regarding the development of the referred to documentation.
    If a construction permit has been issued, the construction initiator must fulfil the design conditions included in the construction permit in order to acquire the right to perform the works. After the fulfilment of the design conditions included in the construction permit (a check mark regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions is performed in the construction permit), the construction initiator shall fulfil the conditions for the commencement of works included in the construction permit and shall submit the documents necessary for the commencement of works to the construction board.

    In order to receive approval for construction, which does not require a construction permit, an application for the specified construction intention (an explanatory article or a statement regarding construction) and a documentation of the design of construction shall be submitted to the building board. Depending on the requirements of the regulatory enactments regulating the planned construction, the construction design documentation may be developed by the construction initiator himself or by a specialist certified in the field of construction project.
    If the intention of construction has been accepted - an explanatory article in order to acquire the right to perform the works, the initiator of construction shall fulfil the conditions for the commencement of the works included in the explanatory memorandum and shall submit the documents necessary for the commencement of the works to the Construction Board.
    If the intention of construction has been accepted - an explanation has been found for changing the use of the building or part of it without rebuilding, the acceptance of the plan shall be the completion of the works.

  2. Receipt of services
    The building board shall evaluate the submitted documents for the receipt of the construction permit and take a decision within one month regarding the issue of the construction permit with the conditions for the commencement of the design and construction work, the refusal to issue the construction permit or public consultation of the construction plan.
    The Construction Board shall evaluate the application regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions and shall take a decision within 15 working days regarding the performance of a mark in the construction permit regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions and the co-ordination of the building project, or the refusal to perform a mark regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions and the co-ordination of the building project.
    The building board shall evaluate the submitted construction plan – an explanatory statement and the documentation of the construction plan – and take a decision within 14 days to accept the intention of the construction or to refuse to accept the intention.
    The Construction Board shall evaluate the application regarding the fulfilment of the conditions for the commencement of works and the documents submitted for the commencement of works and shall, within 5 working days, make a note in the building permit or in the explanatory article regarding the fulfilment of the conditions for the commencement of works or refuse to
